ORDERS & SHIPPING

PostNord is the carrier for your delivery. https://www.postnord.se/

You will receive an Order Confirmation email within an hour after placing your order. Orders are processed and shipped within 24h-48h. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

NOTE: If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email, please be sure to check the email address associated with your Victoria’s Secret Sweden account, or check your Spam folder as your email service provider may have automatically moved it to this folder.

With our standard delivery method, total delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Your order confirmation email will inform you of the expected lead time for your order to be (a) shipped and (b) delivered.

Carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still “Out For Delivery” that day. Please allow more time for delivery.

Check for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

Look around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street.

Check to see if someone else, like a neighbour or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

Price for standard shipping is 50 SEK

However, Victoria’s Secret Sweden offers free shipping for any purchase totalling 150 SEK! Simply add qualifying item(s) totalling 150 SEK* or more to your shopping bag and Standard Shipping & handling charges will automatically be deducted for eligible orders.

NOTE: Merchandise total must be 150 SEK or more after any Rewards, offers, or promotions are applied.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.

We also recommend checking your Deleted/Trash folder as the Confirmation Email may have accidentally been deleted.

We ship orders to all locations in Sweden.

We do not offer Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store options at this time; however, we do offer Free Shipping inside Sweden on orders over 150 SEK with no offer code required.

In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled. Therefore, in most cases it is not possible to change the quantity/size and/or add/remove items. In any case, any requests to change or cancel an order require contacting a Customer Care associate. Please contact our Customer Service immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE

Customers have the right to exchange purchased merchandise, if they are not satisfied with it, within thirty (30) days following purchase date and provided that merchandise is in its original packaging (i.e. with all hangtags/labels, package etc), unused, undamaged and accompanied by original purchase receipt.

Once your return has been processed and accepted, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be posted into your account. We can only issue credits back to the original form of payment. Once the return has been processed we will send you an email about the status of your refund.

We offer two options to return your online purchase from Victoria’s Secret Sweden.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY-VICTORIA’S SECRET SWEDEN

Merchandise Exchange/Return Policy

Overview

Final Sale Items:  Any of the below are considered Final Sale Items and are not eligible for an exchange:

i) Undergarment products (panties of all kinds) for hygienic reasons; 

ii) Items that can be unscrewed, tampered, or touch skin, i.e beauty products not in sealed packaging for hygienic reasons (body mists, lotions, rollerballs, lip glosses, etc;

iii) Discounted/sales merchandise (during MSS, SAS, &/or clearance).

Exchange Mechanism

Customers are entitled to exchange merchandize, ask for a refund or ask for a merchandize credit note, under the following terms and provided the product is accompanied by its original receipt:

  1. Exchanges are performed at the value of the product on the date of its purchase;
  2. Exchanges are performed in the country the purchase has occurred;
  3. In case of a product purchased as part of a dealing, its value will be calculated as the proportional offer price per item within the dealing;
  4. If a refund is requested, the respective amount will be paid to the consumer according to the initial form of payment. In case a bank card has been used, the consumer must bring with him relevant card1;
  5. If a credit note is requested, such credit note will be valid for a period of six (6) months after its issuance. 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise Exchange/Return Policy

Overview

Defective merchandise is merchandise unfit for proper use due to a defect existing already at the time of purchase. Any defect attributable to normal wear and tear or improper use by the consumer does not constitute the merchandise defective and is not covered by the conditions of defective merchandize exchange policy.

Exchange Mechanism

Customers are entitled to exchange defective merchandize, ask for a refund or ask for a merchandize credit note, under the following terms and provided the product is accompanied by its original receipt, or, any other means proving purchase of the product (i.e. bank statements):

  1. The defect of the product is not attributable to normal wear and tear or misuse by the customer;
  2. The product is returned within the legally provided timeframe;

  4. In case of a product purchased as part of a dealing, its value will be calculated as the proportional offer price per item within the dealing;

No… Panties cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.

SHOPPING TOOLS

Your current bra size has “Sister Sizes” – alternate sizes where the cup volume stays the same even though the band size and cup letter changes. Finding a Sister Size requires a set of one-size shifts, in opposite directions, in the numbers and letters of bra sizing. Don’t worry. We’re here to help.

SISTER SIZE DOWN:

One actual size smaller than your current Band size AND one letter name larger than your current Cup. For example, if you wear a 34C, your Sister Size DOWN would be 32D.

SISTER SIZE UP:

One actual size larger than your current Band size AND one letter name smaller than your current Cup. For example, if you wear a 34C, your Sister Size UP would be 36B.

NOTE: Not all Sister Sizes shown will be available at Victoria’s Secret Sweden

MEASURING GUIDELINES:

 WAIST:

Bend to one side to find the natural indentation in your torso. This is your natural waist. Run tape around your natural waistline, keeping tape parallel with the floor and one finger between your body and tape for a more comfortable fit.

HIP:

Stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom (approximately 20cm below waistline), keeping tape parallel with the floor.

SIZING TIP:

If your waist and hip measurements indicate two different sizes, we recommend ordering the size indicated by your hip measurement.

V-STRING: Minimal waistband. No back coverage. Victoria’s Secret version of the g-string.

THONG: Wider waistband compared to a v-string. No back coverage.

CHEEKY / CHEEKINI: Similar to a bikini, but with minimal back coverage.

BIKINI: Moderate side & back coverage.

HIPHUGGER: Moderate to full side & back coverage.

BOYSHORT: Full coverage and cut straight at the leg.

XX-Small (Size 00), X-Small (Size 0-2), Small (Size 4-6), Medium (Size 8-10), Large (Size 12-14), X-Large (Size 16-18) & XX-Large (Size 20). Not all styles are available in all sizes.

FIT TIPS

Measuring yourself with a soft measuring tape is a good place to start when you’re unsure of your current bra size. This is also a great idea if your body has changed since your last bra fitting or purchase.

Your band should sit level on your back; snug, but not uncomfortably tight. Your cups should fit smoothly without spilling over or with space between your body and your bra. Your straps should stay put without slipping or digging.

Your band should provide 80% of your bra’s support. So, it’s important that you choose the hook-and-eye setting that fits comfortably, but snugly (without being too tight). Because elastic stretches over time, we recommend that you start each new bra on the loosest possible setting that offers you that snug fit. You’ll then have one or more tighter settings that you can use, as your band’s fit begins to relax. ADDITIONAL TIP: Be sure to wear a different bra each day, so that each one can “rest” and recover its off-body shape. They’ll last longer.

If you are fuller on one side and in order to keep your fuller side smooth and free of spilling, we recommend that you choose the cup size that fits that fuller side. You may then “fill in” the other cup with a soft insert.
